INJECTION MOULDING

CNC MACHINING
High-precision CNC milling and turning machines enable us to create complex moulds for injection moulding manufacturing, moulds for the production of PET bottles, moulds and tools for HDPE and PP products for various industries, as well as diverse metal components.
EDM AND CNC GRINDING
We utilize multi axis EDM Drilling, Wire EDM, and Volume EDM CNC machines and Grinding CNC machines for working with hardened metals, ensuring precision and efficiency in every project of yours, whether it's small batches with high precision or large series of components.
EXTRUSION BLOW MOLDING MACHINES
Our extrusion blow molding machines provide a highly precise solution for the production of HDPE and PP bottles. The innovative extrusion process ensures uniform distribution of the plastic, guaranteeing the perfect wall thickness. Equipped with an integrated leak tester, each bottle is tested for airtightness, preventing defects in the final production. Efficient, reliable, and precise – for optimal bottle production.
DESIGN AND PROTOTYPING
We develop and design products using advanced techniques such as CFD simulations, topological optimization, and plastic flow simulations. This allows us to optimize tools with high precision and efficiency, creating detailed designs and prototypes for testing before full-scale production.
